Service Description

Flyl.ai offers luggage mobility services, facilitating luggage pickup, transportation, storage, and delivery via our mobile application and logistics network. Our services may include home luggage collection, urban deposit locations, airport storage, and final destination delivery.

User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the performance of our Service.
• Luggage Compliance: Your luggage must comply with our published guidelines and restrictions, including size, weight, and content restrictions. Non-compliant luggage may result in refusal of service, additional charges, or liability exclusion.
• Legal Compliance: You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the contents and transport of your luggage.

Limitations of Liability

• Exclusion of Certain Damages: Flyl.ai, Beam GmbH, its affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
• Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service involved in the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision reflecting the intent of the original clause as closely as possible.
